- "Mont Blanc" is a piece for solo piano which was inspired by the composer's view on Mont Blanc, the highest mountain of Europe.
It is written in c sharp minor and illustrates the theme by majestic harmonies. Technically, this piece is rather demanding and requries the pianist also to use the sostenuto pedal.
